Scientists discover 24 ‘superhabitable’ planets that might be BETTER for life than Earth
It turns out that Earth might not be so special after all, as scientists have identified a plethora of planets outside our solar system with conditions that make them more suitable for life than our home.

Just be careful they don't book you on the flight to Uranus.

Unfortunately we won't be going there anytime soon because its 100 Light Years away (that's like 587.8 Trillion Miles Away). If they can designed a spaceship over the next decade or so that can actually reach close to Lightspeed or even better Warp Drive Speed 9.99 (10x light speed) we can reach there in a decade.

I think it's a possibility that this isn't the first time in history that humans have become technologically advanced. It's just that as soon as humans developed the ability for interstellar travel, they took off and left all of the idiots behind.

Just one question....is there oil on those planets?
-
Yeah, but even at .60 cpm, you’ll be set for life. Unfortunately it’s really hard to find a TA past Jupiter.
And (fictionalized) warp drive is a LOT faster than 10x the speed of light. Mike Okuda (technical advisor on the show, graphic artist and writer of really geeky trivia books.) actually came up with an equation for warp speed for the show. It’s logarithmic. Except that the shows rule that “warp 10 is infinite” doesn’t work.
Most of the ships in TNG/DS9/Voy do about 1000x the speed of light.
And,,,, I’m a nerd.Trucker61016, Tb0n3, NorthEastTrucker and 1 other person Thank this. -
Unless they have actually set foot on those planets, it's all conjecture. They are guessing, plain and simple. And also, they are trying to keep their grant money coming in.
Trucker61016 and TB John Thank this.
