I dont see how the editor of the story could possibly think they could blame the truck in front driving on the shoulder. The hotshot is at fault for rearending.

Did that red van behind the RiteAid semi come across the divider and cut off the HotShot causing him to swerve and lose control?
It just kind of appears rolling along at a really slow speed that couldn't have been behind the truck all along.
Still.... have a cam and hold your lane. -
To me it looks like he was in the exit lane, tried getting back over and was going to fast. Between breaking to avoid rear ending the car and the swerving to get back on the main road he lost control.

Need to view it from a laptop or a desktop. -
Again, a better viewer would be nice to zoom in a verify that, but I don't care enough to rip it and then open in VLC
