Leasing on or getting own authority? What do you mean exactly by paperwork side?

Hi thank you for your reply, I meant forming an LLC as partners, what is the best way to go about it? is it a good idea ? and why? or just any thing in general I guess. Is it really worth it income wise?
I know they work together as company drivers but when it comes to owning a business that's another games. I haven't seen partnership owner operators or I just don't know where to look.

No, you don't. This is a business website for the owner-operator, but anyone can join.

I’ve been in a partnership with a brother that lasted for four years, unfortunately we didn’t talk for 7 years after that ended. You and your husband should do it on your own, and hire the brother. This way, when there is a falling out then y’all can keep on going. Otherwise, your husband will have to run solo or find another team member while the brother goes and gets a company job and still makes half the profits.

Its simple, Make sure you both aer 50/50 and have that same amount of skin in the game.I do it with a buddy of mine. Make sure you are equally drawing from the company account. Make sure you only draw what you absolutely need for the first 5 months. Let that bank account grow and take large draws once the bank account is too where you can cover some major fixes on the truck.
