We both use Coffee mate. I use splenda, she uses sugar. The dark roast takes a little extra cream to lighten it. After 30-40 minutes it gets bitter. Has to be fresh. Our other coffees are Tim Hortons, Dunkin Donuts, and Mc Donald’s. That’s about it. Good cup is hard to find, Going to get my inverter hooked up in the Truck. Make our own. I have a 1000w, for the fridge and TV, or computer. And a 1500w for coffee pot, and microwave. Just can’t run both at the same time. I think it will work.

Good deal, I’m sure you’ll do great. Hopefully you’ll get a good Trainer. Might have to really dig your patience out, at times. Just don’t get discouraged, everyone started somewhere. Criticisms about new Drivers has been going on forever, never changes. Don’t buy into that BS. You’ll be a Pro in no time. And that’s when you really have to be careful. Most accidents happen after between 3-5 yrs of Driving. Those statistics are 30 yrs old, Lol, may not apply today. But you get the point Im sure. Congrats, it is very exciting. Always something new, always an adventure.homeskillet, LoSt_AgAiN, Dale thompson and 4 others Thank this.

The coffees you have mentioned are primarily South American grown. They are all blends, with Brazilian as the primary bean.
Bitter coffee is usually an indication of not enough ground coffee to water ratio. In coffee, one of the last components to extract is the caffeine, as well as some other undesirable compounds. Not enough coffee used during brewing will over extract the grounds.
Ever just do a straight espresso shot?77fib77 and LoSt_AgAiN Thank this. -
If you ever get the opportunity to do skid pad training in a rig... Jump at it!
Ive never had actual skid pad training... But I cant in good conscience encourage others to get that extreme experience of loosing control the way I did. But skid pad training is the safest way to recreate how I learned what it felt like to loose control of a rig... And how to regain control, if possible.
The feeling caused by going into an uncontrolled skid in a rig is VERY humbling. And by far it was the most profound learning experience I have ever had in a big truck. But I will NEVER encourage or support someone doing it like I did, it's way to dangerous. But on a skid pad with proper training and safety measures in place... I would jump at the opportunity every time.MACK E-6, dwells40, LoSt_AgAiN and 7 others Thank this. -
I thought the brakes were adjusted below the one inch of travel. That if the slack adjuster moved an inch it meant it needed adjusting. You may want to tighten them up before DOT cans you for loose slack adjusters.LoSt_AgAiN, D.Tibbitt and Rideandrepair Thank this.
