Well, she gave me great advice with leaving a sketchy company, and I'm happy with her company.

Not in this industry unfortunately! I think any good company cares about the character of their driver (for their driver managers and such) just as much as they care about how an application looks on paper. So if you want a good company you need to be a good person & be a professional. No other industry would have it be acceptable to throw your keys at someone and leave... you'd never be hired again elsewhere.

I'm glad you're happy but she gave you advice that benefits the company and not the Driver. It's like talking to the police without a lawyer lol.

No, it does benefit the driver. All the documentation protects ME from being screwed by a company when quitting. I.E an abandonment or a quit without notice/ unauthorized location. Good luck getting hired with one of those on your record, might of well have caused a DOT recordable.

I'll give notice to the company that gives notice to employees when the company gets rid of them.

All of which is disputable and subjective. Same goes with the recordable. Wait until you're behind the 8 ball. You'll be here singing a different tune.

Any good company is going to see anything like that and run. Red flag. I have worked at sketchy companies and also worked at good companies ( they are few and far between). I don't think she lead me wrong with her advice though at all. It's important to document everything to protect yourself.

I have dealt with 2 different recruiters with 2 different companies. Swift and Danny Herman. Did 80% of the correspondence through email and driver pulse app. Neither one of them lied to me about a thing. Was given straightforward answers to all of my questions. Not sure who you have been dealing with. A recruiters job is to sell you on their company. That is what they are paid for. But, maybe some will lie to get their numbers up. Not my experience.

Countless threads here say the polar opposite as well as my own experiences when I was a company driver. You seem upset. Are you a recruiter or just a driver who gets recruiting bonuses?

What are you talking about???? Upset? No. Simply posted my limited experience with recruiters. You certainly have magical abilities to read between the lines. And, no. Not a recruiter or driver getting recruiting bonuses. SMH
