Yeah we're at the TA. Ended up getting Popeyes and watching some TV in the truck.

Hey what's the best way into Clearwater from here by truck? We're loading over there at 0800.

I'm playing lift mechanic. The onboard charger ain't getting it done. Ain't sure if it's the problem or I got a shorted battery.

What's she doin'? I was an aerial lift mechanic in a former life.

    Also, I hope that's a 6 volt charger!

Dang give me a little credit.

I took the charger off the fuse link and cleaned it up but was only getting 3.6 volts. Batteries were flat and been plugged in a couple days. Charging each one now to see if they are still good
May just be the wiring on the charger

Lol I figured it was. Just didn't wanna see a battery go boom.

Another silly question but I used to see this literally all the time with rentals. Folks would plug into the power cord that supplies the platform plug, thinking it was the charger.

For some reason, those scissor lift batteries always need water added. Literally after every longer-term rental I'd be adding close to half a gallon of water to all 4 batteries.
