Insurance high way robbery

My suggestion, which I am currently doing after 7 years with progressive, moving to a new company. I am going to Northland Ins via Pope Insurance Agency in Selinsgrove, Pa. Saving me close to $2,200.00 annually with the ability to make quarterly payments. I do have a clean driving record of 7+ years. Tks

 

Northland did me a good job when I had them.

 

Florida has he highest rate

 

Texas rates can be a bit odd between insurers. I do know this, age of equipment, driving record, claims, do you drive everywhere or dedicated and how far, and credit score all play equal roles. I just got my renewal from Northland Southern County Mutual ($1 Mil GL & $350k cargo $2500 deductible) is $10,890 for the year.

 

I have progressive for my FL based company. My insurance went down by about a hundred this year for my renewal then went down another couple hundred when I changed trucks. Overall I'm almost $400/month less this year than last. 2nd year with my authority btw. I'm 9,8k /year.. but yes any speeding tickets or accidents and it will be $30k or more..

 

I'm also out of FL,my ram 3500 and wedge were 1650 a month and dropped to 1280 starting December. November will be start of 2nd year for my authority.
