Hmm, we'll see. Generally when the Midwest has a wet winter, we have a dry winter on the west coast.

God has smiled on me again. Turned the corner for the morning stop and woo hoo a Waffle House within walking distance. Chicken abortions pork flesh and a waffle gives me a happy breakfast smile.

I don't think I've ever made it across OH-HI-OH without it raining.

So I guess drought for OH-HI-OH is anything less than 100 inches annually.

9 times out of 10 you drive under the sign that says " Welcome to OH-HI-OH," it goes from clear and sunny to raining or a thunderstorm.

I grew up there. Yeah, they get some gully washers. I do miss summer thunderstorms though.

So the white 670 that parked next to me did like 8 pull ups. Maybe more. He was lined up after the 2nd one.

Well its another day to work on the perkins. More fiddly stuff. 80 pound starter is on. Power steering is reconnected. Shims for the loader frame are in and bolted to the radiator shell. I have to cut the steel line for the fuel supply. Seems that if I mount the fuel tank I have no way to prime the injectors. So if I cut the factory line, I can hook up a one gallon can for a lawn mower to supply fuel. It is getting closer to a first start vid. Unfortunately I bent one of the fuel lines and I am having a helluva time getting it back to the injector.

Dont mind me @tbac, I am cantankerous and easily offended. I felt one person to berate me was enough. Yet to get it from 4 other posters was too much. Tho I get offended I am also quick to forgive. Its the way I roll.

Just a repost of the tractor to refresh some of what I am describing. Tho since the frame is now bolted to the radiator? The cribbing is now all gone.
I know, I need to update the picture. Tho putting it back together now is getting much easier. Alot less parts/bolts. So it is a "oh yeah that is what was there".

If you like good grits, these just may be for you.
    Old style cooking, not instant.
