FR&T seems to have a bad reputation, both on the reviews on Indeed and on this board (someone posted they are like the tanker version of SWIFT).
Would they at least be a company to get a little experience with before finding something better, or should I avoid them altogether? (I’m primarily interested in the Jacksonville Fl. location which, coincidentally, I believe is where the poster in the bad company reviews board was from).
And if they are bad, exactly what is it that is so bad about them?
Would Florida Rock & Tank lines be a good starter company?

Apply at Tankstar; they might bend the rules a little. I've seen the company cut a lot of slack about experience.
This one is in Jacksonville and home daily.
