Hey @otherhalftw how’s your recovery going? Said you finished your chemo awhile back

 

That last chemo kicked my butt! Basically in bed the whole week, just now getting up and moving about. Now, the cancer will be monitored through the monthly blood deposit watching the numbers on those tests. If more is needed it will be in pill formnot infusion. Since the cancer was metastatic, (metasticised to the pelvis and scapula, I am not a candidate for prostate removal...sort of the hose out of the barn scenario...ah well. The only other thing is every 90 days a shot in the arse to keep the prostate from doing it's thing....that shot is only $17k per dose....go ahead try and convince me now that cancer and it's treatment isn't the biggest cash cow for these hospitals...they don't want to find the cure it would cost them too much income...but medicare covers the cost for this stuff..... hmmm,wonder why I HAVE ATTITUDE NOW?

Fixin to walk in the office and sign some paperwork. Nothing will change much in the way of my loads or how I run, the money is decent but Im still a little nervous.

 

Guess I shouldn’t have had the extra burger last night....I don’t need. I stinkin’ gym
