    That is good stuff! Ground chilies and garlic.
    I don’t think it is that hot. Then I have been using it for something like 40 years. A spoon full here a slather on that. Sort of like ketchup. sriracha is actually ketchup.

    We got aways to go yet. Late night, late start.

    Plus we are racing Truck II across the United States, but The OM knows a shortcut.

    The OM authorized burgers at Little America.

    Some dog next door is losing it's mind, and The OM rolls down the window with a mouthful of tasty burger and is like," Mine's a double meat."

    We're east bound and down.

    Burgers at the Flagstaff Little America are pretty good. Burgers at the Wyoming LA suck, as does all of their food.
