We had a few city guys call out Monday at 0800.

IMHO they deserve an extra day off WITHOUT pay.

    Unlikely.

2 Linehaul spots at my old barn are about to post. The TM called me about it a couple weeks ago. I said thank you, would love to work for you again but I’ll pass.

No, I generally love LTL. It’s a fascinating operation and I enjoy the trucking aspect of it immensely.

But going back to FedEx Freight would be counter productive, and based on what I know and have been told recently the work turbulence isn’t something I can weather at this point.

Well you can always check out old dominion, estes or dayton freight if you live within the hiring area. @McUzi

OD and Dayton would intrigue me, but I live near a hiring area for either company. LTL in my future at this point seems to be an outlet to reconsider if I move out of the northeast, which I’m hoping to do in the next 7 years.
