    I think the truck was wrecked bc they put a lower mile Cummins isx15 in it . The body had 555k miles and the motor has 244k miles

    If they put a different engine in it double check all grounds and connection points. Look where the work was done, good chance they buggered something up during the motor install. Look at everything very closely.

    Or it could have a new ecm. Or the engine could have been rebuilt.
