    Click bait. Either you will call to talk to a recruiter or staff of some sort (and they try to convince you to go OTR with a "sweet pay package,") or your app goes on file (somebody will quit or get fired eventually). It beats putting an ad out there and there's this wave of apps at one time.

    Drivers choose to drive for minimum wage. I choose not to. No tickets no accidents = $100,000 a year job.
