Any idea how to fix this? The plastic mud flap started rubbing against my drives, it turns at the base where it meets the frame of the catwalk when I drive; I don’t think that nut and bolt is the problem because it’s lot loose and doesn’t seem to prevent the whole dang thing from turning anyway

I think that is called the 1/4 fender. The mud flap is behind.
I thought they were attached with that bolt and clamp. But you gots no tools....so....

It’s not loose though at the clamp, or maybe I’m simply ignorant of how it’s put together

That’s your quarter fender. I’d imagine you just need to loosen that bolt, then turn the fender.

Great now I know what it’s called; it already turns which is the problem, I’m guessing it’s not tight enough; I’ll see if I can find what I need to tighten it with since my pliers aren’t doing the job well enough

Move the clamp in to the edge of the fender post.
