Officer turned off his camera, that screams officer is guilty to me. There is no reason to turn off the camera unless he has something to hide.

I hope the driver Mr. Moses Stryker gets everything he can as a result of this insane cop being totally out of control. Fight the good fight my man, nobody should have to go through what he went through.
