    Yes sir. Thats the part number. Replaced that twice. And still remains in the down position as if you were releasing the belt tension. And doesn't spring back up unless again, You loosen the bolt that goes through tensioner and bass bracket. But then the bolt is really lose which I don't think it's correct omw to yard now to try to get videos.
