That's awesome, sounds like they are keeping you busy. If you can get use to having all those drops, you can work anywhere, Lol. I always had around 7 drops when I ran produce.

Yeah they are. He said we’ve done a little more sitting than usual but it’s not to bad. And oh yeah for sure, it’s extra money to which is always a good thing

That's cool, sounds like a good company so far (especially for training), and you're happy, that's what is most important. I'm starting my new team job this Sunday. Loading from North Carolina to Phoenix. I have never really been a company driver (only 2 years from 1999-2001), and never ran teams, lol.

So I guess I do have one complaint. My trainer uses google maps for our primary GPS and It is by far the most stressful thing I’ve dealt with this far. We’ve been on roads we’ve had absolutely no business being on two separate times already. Some of the bridges we crossed today I just thought for sure we were going down

Made our last drop in Illinois this morning. Drove back to Hazlewood, MO to get loaded now we’re heading back to Florida.

Is the Florida terminal on 437 just up the road from Johns nursery? What a pain in the neck to have to leave your truck there, unload your supplies and then head home, what’s the reasoning behind that?

yeah that’s where It is. And It definitely will be. One of the things I’m not looking forward to having to do. I don’t really know the exact reasoning. I know another driver I talked to before I got on told me they do maintenance on the trucks while you’re at home so I guess that’s It.

My trainer lives in Pompano so he has a four hour drive home from the yard and a lot of times he’ll deliver in the Miami area then have to drive to the yard then turn around and go back. Don’t know how he’s done that for two years now
