Yuck

 

Yikes! Was that a driver they died or someone in a 4 wheeler?

Watermelon 400 is always fun. But at least it has fresh asphalt down near the airport so that you don't get assaulted by the road.

 

It was someone driving a 4 Wheeler. He got thrown out and suffered brain damage. I think he was brain dead when I got there, and the rest of the body was in the process of shutting down. The ambulance crew didn't hurry when they got there. He probably just would have been sore if he'd been wearing his seatbelt.

 

5 cents a mile? Please explain?????

 

Was in the handbook when I started that any missed hometime put in for correctly would be compensated at .05cpm extra for every mile driven the rest of the week until you got home I believe it was.

 

It’s been 2 years I really should read that. Anyway ran into Greg today he jumped at making my bonus money right. Was expecting him to just add it to the list of things he had to do, dropped everything and took care of it.
Now that I’ve had a day to chill and reflect on the dead body, missing home time wasn’t that big of a deal. Plus last year Millis gave me 6 weeks off no questions or problems.

 

What's the deal with Repo Girl though? Why was it such a bad thing to pull her off your truck to have her do that?

 

You guys are not going to drive around me now. I was stopped by 2 accidents on my way up to Richfield, and drove by 2 more on my way back today. I'm getting good at waiting in traffic, too good. Then there was the dufus in the dollar store "safety vest" taking pictures in the middle of a 6 lane interstate with a 70mph speed limit this week, is this some sort of test for me?

 

Well the guy who left it there was actually going to pick it up the next day. There was no need to repo it, I could have gone home.

 

Was one of those on 894 involving 3 vehicles with debris everywhere? i went through there right after that happened. That obstacle course was kind of fun.
