I have not stopped at the old Petro/all American in Milton PA in while. I was bad then. It must be really bad when they close the Subway. It was was good back in the day. They had these big older wood high back chairs in the restaurant. You don't see that in restaurant today. They had 2 TV rooms.

You mean the Onvo travel stop in Ravine? It's an AmBest member, I think. But yeah, not so nice.

Sucks to hear that Milton,PA went down hill. Used to stop there as a kid with my dad. He’s get me a “truckers only” T shirt. I still have 1. “ my daddy’s a trucker” on the back “All American truck plaza, Milton PA”

Bartonsville,PA was a 76 when I was a kid, later on the cross roads travel plaza, first time I saw fast food in a truck stop, I was shocked. Used to stop there very often with my dad headed out to load beer and later on in life when he was trash hauling. When I started driving I was with a guy letting me learn with him, first time I was by Bartonsville in a while, couldn’t believe it was leveled and was a red lobster with a shopping center. Coming East bound you could still see a billboard for the cross roads travel plaza, old subway logo and Pizza Hut logo. This was a few years ago, haven’t been that way in a bit.

Strattanville, PA exit 70. Bob's CB was and still is across the street. But now a developer's bought the site, and so what was the All American (also once a 76) will almost certainly become a strip mall, or apartments, or something else not needed as much as truck parking.

I see the one in Milton is under new ownership. Looked liked they were repaving the fuel islands last week. Maybe they'll spend the money and fix the rest of the lot.

Back in the late 90s that stop was one of the All Americans and was a really nice place. Then it became a Petro. Then a Flying J. When any stop becomes a Pilot or a Flying J you know it will soon be a dump.
