    If I knew freight would be good for a year it would be doable. Signing up for 5 years at 3300 is a bit daunting.

    I own this one. But what will break next?

    Ps. You got me to think. The engine runs and is worth more than 8k.

    No 'YET" about it. Anyone invested with property, and paid off, would take too much of a capital gains tax hit to even contemplate selling. And no way I would rent this place out....once they get in the battle to evict is insane...especially now with all the covid restrictions on a landlord.
