I have community in my truck. I like Folgers. Granted my grandmother made it, so I'm partial.

How is coffee Keto? Carbs and sugar are anti keto. There are no carbs or sugar in coffee. ????

Is milk mixed in the kcup? I have bought candy coffee kcups at aldi's. Crazy sugar and cream in it.

There's no capital gains tax if you own a home, and it's your primary residence for at least 2 years. This is why flipping houses is so trendy. Or was, the bargains aren't there right at the moment.

There's a reason all of these HUGE corporations have FLOCKED away from the communist state. It's because they're all stupid and the communist state is better.

Comrade there is a reason bear is on California flag. Bear is strong and works long hours unlike decadent capitalistis scum who takes all from the worker , unfairly. As soon as we get the expoilters money we can fix all of societies ills. The 1% is holding all of california back. The 1% souls will be saved by our actions of freeing them from thier damming wealth.

    Muhahahaga

Back to work once my coffee is up

We had windfall profits yesterday. Got a check for almost $70 from some class action suit against Country Wide Home Mortgage.

They had the mortgage on my house in Pennsylvania.

What they did.....................I've not the slightest clue, but we're keeping the $70. Which is about what we spend on groceries in a week.

Making a giant pot of home made spaghetti today.

Monday started at like 0500, delivered, drove home, dropped my trailer for loading so Truck II could get a load for Tuesday. Got home, OM and truck put away about 1400. Day 1 of home time.

Yesterday, Load was ready, Truck II not empty yet, so went and got load, did some OM stuff since The OM is on hometime, finished at about 1400. Day 2 of hometime.

Turned down not less than two dozen loads the last two days. So today is going to be an official day of hometime...........maybe.

My house in California is paid off, and "when" I leave I'll buy a house of equal or greater value in another state and avoid CG taxes. You can also take a one time CG tax avoidance if the home you're buying is less in value and you don't plan on buying another home.

Honestly I love the beauty and weather in California, but the charm has worn off. I live in the NorCal wine country, and my family, as well as my parents, brother's family and in-laws have been evacuated 3 times in the last 5 years because of fires. On top of that, they turn off our power for days at a time for fire avoidance, or because nobody in the state has figured out that closing down coal fired, natural gas and nuclear power plants is great unless you don't produce enough power from wind and solar for everybody and they have to shut off the power. We also use to enjoy family outings in San Francisco before the city government turned it into a 3rd world S hole. None of my three kids could ever afford to buy a house here unless I help them with a down payment because the cost of real estate is so high, and frankly they don't really want to live here anyway. On top of all that, people in California just aren't as friendly and outgoing as people with Midwestern values which is where I grew up. I've lived on the same street for over 20 years, and so have my neighbors, I hardly know any of them. Other than a wave or a smile while getting the mail, nobody is interested in knowing their neighbors. It's been that way here since I arrived over 43 years ago. My closest friends here are guys I've known since high school from over 40 years ago. Even some of them are leaving in the near future and they're natives.

    Rant over
