10-4 . Makes sense now that u mention that about the loads ive been running. Havent been east of i15 since april... forgot what its even like to run on flatland, but i enjoy these mountains. Makes sense that the soot levels are probably sky high from the last 6 months.. Thanks for the help , gives me other places to look

 

The stuff I'll do to save 20 cents/gal on fuel. Instead of getting fuel in Van Horn at the FJ @ $2.19/gal, I came 50mi W to this little hole in the dirt Roadys that has fuel for $2/gal. 1 pump working and Not only was the parking lot dirt so is the fuel Island LOL.

@farmerjohn64 do some research on your power divider lock. Doubt you'd have diff locks but a PDL will definitely help you out come winter.

 

Imagine the carnage if the megas spec'd full lockers

 

Aaaannnd this just bit me in the butt. Plugged my fuel filters. All kinds of nasty crap in the fuel. Barely made it into another fuel place (thats more trust worthy). Luckily I had some spare filters in the truck. Im betting Im gonna have to change them 1 more time in the next 500mi or less.
