It’s that time of year, went to switch to heat with no avail. Checked the bunk, same. Blows only cold air in both compartments.

pulled the seat, both doors and metal arms are in order but no actuation from the either motors when I try from the dash or bunk. I don’t feel like both actuator motors would crap at the same time, will the main dash control being faulty keep the bunk control from working? The fan in the bunk works, ac button just not the hot/cold dial.

Is there a breaker/fuse for the blend doors?

On peterbilt pretty sure they work on completing the ground for a circuit connection. Yours may be the same? Check for a ground that may have corrosion? Anything else, like control panel lights not lighting up? Good luck.

    Heavyd and Bigtruckdrivah Thank this.

Like mentioned, they share the same ground eventually. The white wires are grounds. Must have a bad ground because they powered and signaled separately.

White wires at the blender door motors are ground? I’ll check!
