Yes truckstops do treat their fuel. But south to north in the dead of winter , it will get u...also i would not put all my faith in fuel being treated at truckstops... if u find yourself in minnesota in january when its 30 below 0 the last thing u want is ur fuel to freeze cuz then u have no heat if u cant run the engine.
