So my mom and her husband sold their 3k sq ft log home with a 2400sq ft shop that has a whole 1bd apt on the 2nd story, on 40ac in IL. for 450k decided to randomly move to NW Arkansas and bought a cookie cutter house on a quarted acre for 300k.
