Any of ya go on truck paper? Where do all these low mile white Petes with blue frames come from some have under 100k miles? I’m guessing they were used in oil fields but curious where they all came from

Ok I looked them up oil field
yup just looked them up. I figured oilfield but didn’t know I don’t live near any oilfields. There were times I wish I did tho lol. So these trucks must just sit and pump something? I notice they never list the hours on the trucks so 50k miles probably 20k hours

    Brettj3876 Thanks this.

When i was doing 3rd party work for schlumberger in 2016-2017 they had mostly 2011s and a handful of 2014s 365/367s with 425/1650 ISX 12. Most had under 100k. This was on the cement side not frac. The most we'd venture out from the yard was like 150 miles. They do great maintenance, after you came back from blowing cement into a silo the truck would get put on the empty line and a mechanic would do a quick once over before going back out

Low miles, high hours, and geared to run about 57mph top speed.

No nanny bs in the trucks either. They weren't fleet spec neutered piles. They pulled good and hardly had any emission issues. Not set up for road work tho. Geared too low. Some even had 5.13 rears, but most in that time had 4.88s I think. Most were 1900 at 65 Lol
