China's point is factual. It's why cases are filed in certain jurisdictions. They know the slant of the judges will lean towards the outcome they want.

 

Here in California, a subhuman raped a baby to death and had his execution blocked by Governor Newsome. In Texas, he would be pushing up daisies already.

 

Werther or not it is "factual", there is a forum on this website to discuss issues pertaining to politics. Now, if the moderators are willing to open the door and allow different political views in any forum, then I would be more than happy to get involved, but until then, I play by the rules.
