Where is everyone #5

I have atleast 2 of every type of cable I use. But iphone cables seem to #### the bed constantly.

 

So the ball on both ends there. Is that where the busted screws came from.? If so, I'm having a bad feeling mines already been,,,, tinker with shall we say.. lol

On top of the air motor being weak & finicky in the cold, the entire linkage or transmission, whatever it's called is so sloppy.. Air squirter as well. Works when it feels like it.. The whole shebang needs an overhaul.. Might be worth trying to swap over to electric..?

 

I was thinking about doing the same thing lol they were locked behind cases and when the guy asked me if I wanted “this one” and it was the regular one for $40 haha! “You got any that’s cheaper?”

 

I dunno. VHF radios are pretty pricy. I think you'd be looking at around a grand or so.

I can't help you. I put them in new trucks and used them. Had a company tune and program them.

Idk. Ive changed pieces on mine for years. Im replacing everything this time. The cut screws were from the motor mount. But the motor mount brkt had a broken stud, and stripped bolt hole. No pic included. Had to unbolt colum, pulling it back. Then stuff my bear paws up there, and hold my tounge right to tilting it. Then navigate it past colum to the center thru harness and down over the brake pedal.

I think its my first time doing this. If the mount bolts are good. DO NOT mess with them.

 

Oh so now that I'm sideways about to check for holes in my eye lids, let me leave you with a statement you never want your Ma to call & tell you.. Assuming someone told her this.?
