i had a load that was 35000 pounds. I didn’t scale the load because I knew it wasn’t overweight. I could tell by the pressure gauge that it wasn’t a heavy load. It was a little heavy on front airbags when I picked it up but was easily able to slide tandems towards front. When I left the psi was just under 58. So I went through a few scales with no problem. But when I went through a scale in Arizona the weight shifted to the rear and made my tandems heavy. I know it shifted because the psi went down a lot on front and I went through a few scales before with no problem. I went up some hills think that made it happen.I got a ticket for 1500$. Even thought I was able to readjust to correct weight by sliding tandems back to rear. What do I do about this
Weight scale ticket

Also it was a pre loaded trailer so I couldn’t see if they secured it with locks

Plan B: Build a time machine, then do plan A!beastr123, Roberts450, drh72 and 5 others Thank this. -
Always weight every load, when you noticed the psi going down you should have reweighed the load, you're the captain of the ship, you'll have 1500 reminders! Cat scales

I always scale ANY LOAD over 30k. A Cat Scale ticket could prove that the "load shifted", if indeed it did. Then you would have a leg to stand on in court. Good luck
