Ever get this figured out? Having the same issue. Shuts down repeatedly. No codes. Changed all the belts and did a service. Didn't help.

Water temperature sensor. Pull the top cover it right in front on top. It has a single wire going to it, pull the wire off, clean the connector, crimp the wire connector down slightly and reinstall. Very common on the comfort pro units

I have a 2022 freightliner cascadia with a carrier APU. It just stop working and the bunk digital unit blacked out. I can't get it to luminate. It's 16 degrees and falling. The truck won't idle. My voltage is at 12.6. I cranked the truck up to charge but it shuts off after the timer times out. It's just another day in paradise in a truckers life

Set the trailer brakes only, will it keep idling then?

Check the connections on your battery’s. Also check the plug going into the white box on the inside back of the apu enclosure. Then if all else fails go work for a company that respects you as a human. No truck should not be able to idle under 40 degrees.

Some have used the yellow brake.
One FL i used was the red brake.
Also try turning on the cruise and hit the resume button. Or maybe the set button in your case. That will raise the idle and keep it running.

Or maybe not. Seems like all the tricks have been disabled lately.

APU starts but beeper continues to sound for the start cycle and the DCP reads APU starting please wait. was working fine but could no longer keep up with the voltage needed so I shut it down then started the main engine and ran it for one hour. When I tried starting the APU back up this issue began. Anybody have a solution?

    What were the temps?

I've had a hard time keeping any heater running below 20*

With northern fuel and some howes. I could go 15*
