Question...if you hold your clutch pedal anywere in the travel or even just lightly put pressure on it should you hear air leaking? (Inder the truck not inside)
I know it needs to vent when releasing the pedal but what about going the other way....

You'll hear air going to the actuator but it should stop after a few seconds. If its leaking there's an issue.

From what I remember, yes.

You have a Volvo with a clutch pedal?

Anyone ever rebuild the air portion of the servo? If you have do you remember the rebuild kit #? I suspect its no more than a few "o" rings like a purge valve?
-
There is no kit to purchase. Have never tried to take apart and repair. Can't be that complicated I would guess.

Agreed....was just hoping someone knew of a repair kit before i dug into it.

I deal a lot with hydraulic component rebuilds and some of it is really oddball stuff with next to no parts availability. Sometimes we take old seals and o-rings to a specialty hydraulics shop and they reproduce the seals and such for us. Can't see why they couldn't do that for your air cylinder. Only catch is they need all the old seals and possibly measurements from the component. A lot of times their seals and o-rings are cheaper than buying an OEM seal kit.
