Being an aircooled vw owner. We’ve always called them “little nazi’s”. Took them 80 years for their world domination plan to take place. Seeing how at one time IH was the largest truck manufacturer and cab supplier in the US and WW2 I guess they feel like they have accomplished it.

    BoxCarKidd and spsauerland Thank this.

I have followed the deal for awhile and they main reason VW (Traton) wanted to enter NA market is profit margin is much higher vs rest of world.

Main thing lacking with Navistar is consumer/buyer confidence.

It's a good thing for International. When Benz bought Chrysler it showed what cars could be and we have the Challenger, charger, 300, pacifica and Rams that are all excellent vehicles.
My favorite company truck was a 1993 International 9400. I've driven the prostar and LT and was slightly more impressed than with a Cascadia, and that's not saying much.

    Heavyd Thanks this.
