1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I hate to tell you this but at present getting hired by any company is going to be a bit harder then what you think it's going to be. And I really hope that you do not need to be working IMIDATLY has that's probably not going to happen. And don't be surprised if you have to swallow some of your pride either. From what I get from your posts you seem to have the wrong mind set and think that it's going to be easier then what it will be. I could be wrong but ATM I would figure three to six months to get back behind the wheel for you.

Keep in mind that the eight months of local count for nothing in OTR so you are sitting at six month exp and two companies. Not the stellar start out of the box that you seem to think it is. But if your MVR and DAC are good that should help.

i totally agree with him. sometimes, you gotta put your pride aside and take care of your needs. if i were you, your dog wouldn't be a factor for me. leave his ##### at home, you probably not get anything because of him. your family comes first and you should do what ever it takes to put clothes on their back and food on the table. -my 2cents bro-
