Worst Tank Wash

Oh it is. I was going to mention it.

 

Express in St. Rose, LA. Right next to a small Pilot. It is packed so tight, you can't even maneuver the tractor around to drop or hook to your trailer.

 

Keasbey is an interesting place. I had worked at that location for Provost and Krajack, leaving when Krajack sold the book and fleet to Dana.

Ron Dana was smart, he bought what he wanted, refused to pay what the family wanted for the property.

Came back a few years later and paid what he wanted for the place.

In the Provost days I wrote a directions sheet. Every different direction approaching Keasbey is a different set of instructions.

How about that turn around on Smith Street. That section of Highway wasn't designed for today's trucks and the groove behind the curb could swallow a Volkswagen!

 

The very first time I went to express at night I was low on hours made the right then the immediately pulled up a bit then has the im a dumba%% face haha. Had to back up to get down there only to find there was nowhere to park my dirty and that my preload(which went to a lumber yard) was double parked by the tankwash staff... then I had Curtis (if I remember correctly) talking crazy when I went to get my hose cleaned.. the next load I had was coming right back. I ended up parking on a Friday and the local Schneider guy was like we’ll see you on Monday. I’m like nah I’m supposed to be gone way before then.. they was like nah it’s a Friday in jersey. You ain’t going nowhere til Monday. Which unfortunately ended up being true... ended up taking the train to nyc twice

 

I hate keasby with a passion. Every time I went there be it dropping on a Friday/Thursday/ or even Wednesday I ended up sitting till Monday

Also the guys there always try and steal your hoses. Leave 3 and come back to 2. One of the lease guys painted the Schneider ones he had with a pink line down them and caught one of the guys stealing it. 3 out of his 4 on the ground with 1 light pink hose hidden in the back of their tank room. Guy even told him that was theirs till he pointed out the pink line on it and the pink line on his.

Also for those who had to move a tank out the way to get to yours during my stay at the pumpkin... sorry...

If there was no empty spot I just dropped my dirty in front of others and went to the bobtail line to wait till Monday.

Take Baltimore and Keasbey, combine them and then shrink them...all on a dead end street

 

Kp mcnamara savannah awful bathrooms and they suck at cleaning, quala barberton,oh, quala jacksonville,fl and Dana baltimore... Can't talk bad about express keasby because I usually get in and out within 2 hours
