This is what looks like a brand new facility with plenty of docks. They operate totally by pick up numbers and the information is given to the gate operator through one of the worse speaker/microphones. I've had to turn off my truck and stand on the steps and lean into the box just so they could hear me.

Once inside it's not uncommon to sit for an hour or longer waiting for your load. Trying to call them does not good. I found the number and selected the shipping/ receiving option. It went to voicemail. I tried the operator option and it also went to voicemail.

I finally tried the schedule a pickup and was actually connected to a live person. I explained that I've been sitting for an hour and a half past my scheduled pickup time. They promised to advise someone and I waited for another half an hour before I got my load.
