Learn to tune it and stop all that kickin'! Some guys might remember the One-Kicks. An elderly club where they had a thing about the starting kick after priming the engine. If you had to kick it twice you were supposed to go home and tune it again. Harleys WILL start if not overmodified.

My Harley stays in the house & gets parked on the carpet. I haven't noticed any oil stains. My old Sportster didn't leave any oil stains either.

    True!

I agree with you 100%. But now I'm wondering if I would be put in that classification. I currently have never trailered my bike any where. Read my comment below to understand what I'm saying.

I am actually looking at either having a custom sleeper or a drom box built just for my bike. It would have a electric or hydraulic lift. Ride the bike on, push the button, the lift raises then slides into the sleeper or drom box. The reason why I'm considering this is because my bike isn't getting ridden enough to please me! It would come in handy to have my bike when I'm doing a 34 hour restart in the likes of Fresno, Phoenix, Miami, or some other cool place! Or in the middle of boreville like where I'm at now.... Eloy, AZ!

I have a 2002 VTX 1800C. There is something in my blood about pulling a trailer and clocking miles. :biggrin_2559:

Was out riding today 75 degrees here in SoCal. A 2009 Harley Street glide pic was taken on the first ride to Death Valley.
