Dabs you are just like me.

    Herky,

I third the motion for the pics. This time I am requesting interior shots of the gauge panel and sleeper.

I have a curve 8330 and run 4.5.169(130) hybrid. I'm not gonna upgrade to 5m0 yet til more people test it out. The websites load up with no problems on mine. I use Opera Mini 4.2 as the other browser to load html sites. I know its WAY better than the BB browser itself. Anyways this forum loads great and works great on the opera browser

If you got a lot of stuff then the prostar will have no space to store everything. Its only got two cabinets. As far as pulling hills, all our trks r spec'd to last long. So we crawl up hills :)

the browser in 5 works just like opera now. i had opera and wasn't quite fond of it. but it did do miracles sometimes.

it's all about change and i guess somethings you just got getta used too. 5 is so much better then all the 4 versions. my only ###### is some of the programs i used aren't up to snuff for 5 yet. so while my phone is much cooler to use. it's kinda lacking now with only half my programs. i'll just have to manage and hope the 3rd party vendors get on the ball.

i do the same thing with pc's. always buy the newest windows when it comes out. then i suffer waiting for the vendors. although the only windows that took it's sweet time was xp. i think 2 years went by before software started coming out for the most part. vista was only 2 months.

I will get some pic's up on here as soon as I get a breather. I will let you know what I think so far...So far, so good! As I said before, it beats the W-900 by a LONG shot. I never did like that brick. It did not have room to change your mind in it. At least there is room to move in the Prostar. It does lack a little in the storage area, but still has more than the KW. 2 small airplane style cabinets, but it does have room under the bunk. I will also like the diesel heater this winter. It will help since I don't have an APU on it yet. Power seems to be on the same level as the KW. This one does have a Cummins, and it is running great. I will be considering the "test mode" on the EGR in the near future, for those of you that know what that is! The ride is almost on par with the Volvo I had before coming to JCT. There is a great view with the panoramic windshield, and it is very easy to see behind while backing up. It does feel as if you are in a cab over! You seem to be sitting on the front bumper, and it will turn on a dime. I do wish it had the air kingpin release.

As Alan said, all our trucks are spece'd pretty much the same, and it will crawl up the hills. I do wish it had a 13 speed that would allow you to split gears while pulling hills, but it will just take a little getting used to. I will let you know about fuel mileage after I get some more miles on it.

enough for now. I don't want to upset Jarbo! It is hard for him to stay on track for any amount of time! Take your nap-nap, and finish reading when you wake up, buddy!

Ths my opinion.....The prostar is NOT a truck for teams, neither is the T-600, T-660, W-900, or the 389. I have 600,000 on my Freightliner Classic, and they are going to have to drag me out of it. I run up Blue Mountain on the west side at 45-50mph with 79,000 gross. Fuel mpg is averaging 6.8.
If they buy some more Cascadia's, I might change

Oh by the way, I'M BACK IN FLORIDA,,,YAY
