How do you check drivers before hiring them? is there a website company can post reviews about drivers?
We just hired one, clean MVR, not even one violation, 10 years of experience, called companies he worked for. Nothing bad. And now here we are, damaged load and took off with the truck somewhere we had to involve police to find a truck.... Wish I can report that driver so other companies no need to deal with him

 

You could report the driver to Hireright, but you would have to subscribe to do that.

Any truck built after October of 1994 has to have autos by law, not since forever, because that makes me feel old....

If you have to put a wrench on an auto slack it is junk, throw it away, not greasing them kills them the most, which is why most megas “maintenance” of once every other year whether it needs it or not does nothing good for the equipment
