    of you, or your friend/relative recovered from whiplash injury? This is my 15th month and I am still having neck pain. Pain was in my traps, shoulders and neck. But I have recovered like 70% from traps and shoulder pain. But maybe like 30% recovery for the neck. Tylenol and muscle relaxant help. It is so frustrating. How long will it take for me to be pain free? I will appreciate your honest replies. Thank you

    In truth, probably not going to go away. One thing that you may want to try is a chiropractor. Some have had very good results from that.

    I had whiplash in my teenage years. I’m now in my fifties and the problem is still there but gets a little worse every year.

    I get different replies from people. Some say if takes like 2 years to recover, and that I should be patient. And others like you two say that it will not go away. I don't know what to do :(

    No one knows for sure.

    The spine is a complex thing. Theres only so much we can do to repair damage. If you knock something slightly out of place... Its a dice roll.

    1 week, 1 month, 1 year, 5 years, or never.

    It happens to a lot of people.

    So you blame God for all your problems and challenges?
    Fair enough, since God is the one that set everything into motion.

    Do you also praise God for all the good in your life?
    That would only be fair.

    And as I recall, much in the Bible regarding the chosen of God has to do with them dealing with, and overcoming, adversity and physical pain.
    And without becoming bitter in the process.
