It’s been a few years but I got a tax exemption in early 2018 in Michigan when I transferred a few semi trucks into my name. I cannot remember the name of the exemption but I paid no tax on the title transfer. Does anyone know the name of that exemption? Because I remember they don’t tell you or mention it at the SOS, I had to tell them or they would’ve taxed me but anyway I’m trying to remember the name because I have a buddy who just purchased a truck. Thanks
