He often stated 'there are no quotas' but his dad's unit was 'responsible' for a ticket book a month while the State Troopers did one per week. but there is no quota....
My experience in NJ , late at night and flying low, driving a pickup and not smelling of booze or weed ended up in a minor infraction as the troopers often said 'I had to write something"...That trailer hitch ball on my step bumper resulted in a few 'obscured license plate' tickets; somehow I always forgot that I told the last trooper I would remove it...hopeful eyes Thanks this. -
