It's just to #### bad what TMC has turned out like and is becomming!!

There are many ppl there, That I still like, Drivers and office personal, but am not sure I still respect anyone there, due to the way all of this has turned out....

But I can c their side of it... with the contracts that the office ppl have with them it is harder for TMC to mess around with their employment, like TMC does with the drivers...
Some of the guys in the wash bay # Des M had been with TMC/AHI longer than I was, they have been let go too...

I guess I'd reckon TMC/AHI equal to the swine flu....

They terminated me 2 months after getting on one of them home every night accounts, and couldn't even think of a good excuse as to why. I considered rehiring, and actually went through with it, I was scheduled to go back to DSM.. A few days later i read about prepass, and withdrew my app.

I wish i could say that I miss it.. I miss the OLD TMC, not what this new beast has become.

 

Honestlly 2 to 3 yr ago I'd told you.. Hey man you'd better put that app back in there.. you ain't gona find anything better anywhere else...

But now, I'd Tell you Run don't look back just Run......

Yes the Old TMC was Great..
shoot, even the Old KTL was great.. that was what I hired in under....
Had me one of those old peeling paint purple KWs, was happy, an making money for me and the co....

but now, humph, baa humbug if I'd recomend anyone to go there...
It's just an un-safe deal..

any of you Newbies that r considering TMC/AHI,
be well aware that after the first 6 months, when they stop receiving the grants/tax encentives/etc... for hiring you from the gov. or military...
your honeymoon will be over...
Do your planing right and be prepared for anything... CYA big time....

Get this finally get to my truck get all settled in and im jst sittin ther and my qualcom beeps......no more blue beacon washes anywhere!....well that kinda limits the washes some....next thre gonna want the driver to use there water and personal time to wash the trucks lol....oh well i guess

They used to, til they got sued for not paying by the hour for it. They used to expect drivers to polish the tanks, rims, etc. On their off time.. The guy that sued parked his truck in Indy for the weekend and they refused to let him leave for hometime until it was done.

 

I joked with my old trainer months ago that TMC isn't in real financial trouble until they start cutting truck washes, this is NOT good for TMC. Either they are in real trouble or they know this is the only way their drivers will believe they are in real trouble.

 

seriously? lol did John and Josh physically restrain him? because John is a big guy and that's the only thing that would keep me from leaving.

all this #### makes me grey headed and disgrunted and #### i dont even care anymore cause TMC has burned me for the last time and im looking for someone else to go ... just maybe i can make some money in a volvo or kw 660 that runs +65 mph or better and get home like im supposed to

well look on the bright side of it... it aint gonna be hard to get a long nose now
