Fixed fifth wheel unfortunately.
I actually tried it for a few months in off and on, and I can’t tell if I like it. I always find myself messing around with it when the roads get a bit rough.
when I hit those bridges at 65-70 mph that have all different patches on them being all sorts of heights I just hold on for dear life. Also 84 in the northeast, 55 mph or I’m being tossed around... even less fun getting tossed around on nasty hills. I feel like the energy from the trailer tandems on bumps transfers all the way to my seat in a whipping motion..
Rough ride

When i did food service we had spring ride 48ft danes. I really didn't notice much difference between air ride. These newer spring ride trailers ride pretty good imo

I guess I’m just used to spring ride equipment. It doesn’t really bother me.
But an empty dump truck on the other hand is a horse of quite another color.D.Tibbitt, tallguy66, 650cat425 and 1 other person Thank this. -
