Volvo ishift clutch torquee problem?

Hello guys. Thanks in advance. Having problem with my volvo 2012 d13 eng. 600k miles. Ishift trans
In lowers gears looks like clutch spinning but full clutch was replaced 3 months ago.
RPM is not according with speed movement. Sometimes I think, and looks transmision is not receiving full engine torquee applied. Engine going up to 1500rpm in every gear depend of accelerator pedal use, ofcourse, but truck move slowly.
If i turning wheel full right or full left when i am starting in lower gear you can feel more the problem. No error code. Transmision fluid changed at 500k miles.looks like is not power engine issue.
Any suggestion??
