@Chinatown can possibly help you. He will check in at some point. Honestly, local work can be difficult to obtain for someone with no experience. It isn't impossible, but does take some luck. Majority of new CDL holders have to get some experience by going on the road for at least a year. Many local gigs prefer experience, but as a new driver, you'll have to be open to that possibility of going out on the road, and circling back to local once you've gained experience.

Thank you very much im fine with doing Regional for a year to get the experience I just don't want to get stuck in a crappy company. Im Hearing all these horror stories about all the Mega companies that I was thinking about joining

Let me tell you, the reality of a lot of those horror stories come from drivers with entitled, bad attitudes. Many of those drivers have a hard time making any company work. Trucking is contingent on what you put into it. That will be the only thing that determines your experience. Regional will do you good living in Jersey.

Just because a company is large doesn't mean it's a bad company.
The worst experience in my cdl driving was with a small mom & pop company.

Check this one out that hauls medical supplies.
This company doesn't actively recruit new cdl school grads, but will look over the application and possibly hire an applicant if the application and interview goes well.
The company has local/regional/OTR, but take what you can get.
