Tacos look good

 

Sorry, I couldn't go into more detail, forgot I had a zoom meeting schedule while I was making them.

I tried something new. Just simple tacos. But this time I gave the soft tortilla quick soak and flip in the taco meat juice. Then toasted them on a crepe pan. Melting cheese on one side and installing them cheese side down into doritos hard shells. In short glued the soft taco to the hard taco.


It was really practice for soft tortillas with my pork carnitas.

I still give it a thumbs up! Sorry for the short description earlier.

I don’t know about other places but you can buy a annual permit to run them short dump trailers in Illinois at 80k gross. Think it’s about $125 yr?
