Show me your UCR.....NOW!

All I know is if you have something like a prepass in your windshield and you haven't paid your UCR fee, you get the red light to pull in and you're written a nice citation.

 

They check it electronically when you renew your plates.........

They ask for a copy when you get your apportioned plates.

 

Supposedly it is paying salaries of LEOs that are doing inspections.

 

As long as we're in the cancel culture, why isn't some of this stuff getting canceled and the dot defunded?

 

Don’t know about cancel culture politics much. I mean I did hear about some of them, and none of it makes sense. But most of the trucking can be summed up in Reagan’s famous quote.
“Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.”
