    Id go with the snow socks if u only running on the interstates mostly. Much easier to handle and store when not in use.

    That's possible, albeit all shades of stupid. Wouldn't surprise me one bit though for the likes of Western Express.

    Some of our Internationals didn't have the switch.

    Yes they are legal everywhere. Just carry enough to satisfy the chain laws.. I ran them all last year thru wyoming, montana, idaho, oregon,washington.... They work just fine for what they are intended for . Driving on snow covered road.... Do not use them on bare road or off road . They will rip apart... i put 6 of them on.. 4 singles and 2 drags . In less than 10 minutes.

    Leaving Riverside Mo on Tues morning and delivery in Denver on Wed. So 70 straight across.
    In South Carolina at the moment heading to Michigan up 75. A long lazy drive. From Michigan to Missouri no time to stop...
