1988 4900 floor

So I bought a 1988 4900 that was originally a road truck and is now a dump truck the old owner put down some rubber stuff in the floor looked great until I started to drive it everyday now since it there isnt anything holding it down in the front of the cab it likes to get under my feet and I cant stand that also when it gets wet it get slick like when its raining or I get mud on my boots I would like to put that fake hardwood flooring I have seen it done a couple of times and it look great but I think its going to be slick when wet what have yall replaced your floor with?
